The writings of Larry Howland

poems and thoughts for many

different occasions.

Larry is a preacher, author and

poet, who has a BA from Owosso

College in Owosso, MI & a MA from

Southern Nazarne University. He has

ministered to a wide variety of

audiences, such as churches, civic

clubs, motivational meetings and

prisons. Through the years, he

has also been a guest on numerous

television and radio programs, in-

cluding the 700 Club and Billy

Graham’s Decision.

Larry’s poetry and prose always

bring a positive response from his

readers. It’s not unusual to see

someone laughing and crying at the

same time while reading his

work. His inspirational messages

bring a glow of hope to all who hear

him or read his writings.

He and his wife, Alyce, began The

Parson's Pen in 1995. He and Alyce

were married in 1981 and live in

Elsie, Michigan.
